Just wanted to say how enjoyable the flight was this past Tuesday. From check in to departure - the service was superb. I really wanted to take the time to tell you how impressed I was with your 'turn-key' operation.

Hi,
At the end of October, I spent 9 days in Victoria. During that time I flew with you on a short sight seeing trip and also on a return flight to Vancouver.
I would like to thank all the staff who dealt with my bookings and flights. They were friendly, helpful, efficient and professional at all times.
The trip back from Vancouver was especially memorable in that I sat up front next to the pilot.
Thanks for helping to make my stay in Victoria something special.

Last week, while my parents were visiting from Ontario we took a trip to Victoria. They knew about the trip to Victoria, but they didn't know that we weren't going to take the usual car & ferry route.
Recently they celebrated 54 years of marriage!!! We thought that surprising them with a flight would be fun. My husband and I had never taken the Float Plane to Victoria before either, but since we live five minutes up the road from the Langley Airport, we see the signs and the planes all of the time. Naturally my parents were elated! They were so surprised and I think that my mother took about 200 pictures from the plane (each way!). There is not enough that I can say about the experience for my husband and myself however.
From the moment that I picked up the phone and connected with Rebecca to inquire about pricing to the moment that she greeted us at the Langley airport again and brought the stair ramp to the plane (I loved this!), it was one positive experience after another:
1. great reservationist (thanks, Rebecca!)
2. great fares
3. great location
4. great parking
5. great pilots
6. great scenery
7. great landing on the water (you HAVE to do this at least once in your life!)
8. great terminal location in Victoria (2 minutes from downtown!!!)
9. great complimentary shuttle to our hotel
10. great complimentary coffee and muffin while we waited to leave from Victoria
11. great staff all around; you guys all feel like a team
12. great GREEN choice; I love that you guys are Carbon Neutral and because we landed in the Inner Harbour we didn't need to rent a car. We walked and walked and saved gas and the environment!
My one request? Please add some weekend flights to your service. We would like to have the option of doing a Sunday return sometimes.

I was just looking at this website after speaking with one of your employees, and saw your comment section and felt I just had to write. I called a few different airlines requesting information about flights, prices, baggage allowance, and a million other questions. Most of the calls were mundane, dry humans on the other end that gave you the feeling that they didn't care much for their jobs. When I called Harbour Air, I was pleasantly suprised to get a wonderful "good afternoon" from a lady named Sherry. She helped answer questions giving me solutions for little problems I had, mostly excess baggage. She also told me about a frequent flyer program you have, all the time she was happy, empathetic, and a real pleasant change. Obviously she cares about her job and your company. In this day and age, customer service has gone by the wayside, and I congratulate your company for trying to maintain such a level. After speaking with Sherry I will definetely be booking my clients with your company.

We planned a long holiday in Canada and included a trip to Nanaimo. Being a novice on the net, I was trying my best to book a flight from Vancouver to Nanaimo and then later to Vancouver International. the difference in the baggage weight allowance appeared to be a problem but when I explained the situation to your office that we were on a 5 week holiday and travelling heavy, Cathy Hack immediately came back to me by e-mail and reasured me that Harbour Air would sort that problem somehow.
She took our details and reserved seats for us on the flights most suitable for our other arrangements and in a matter of hours, she came back by e-mail with confirmation.
Not only that, she gave us valuable advice which helped us greatly.
She was like a friend of the family that we hadn't met. But that's not all. While we waited at the terminal for our flight, the girl on the check-in desk made a coffee specially for me. I couldn't believe such thoughtfulness.
We'd never get service like that in England - never in a million years.
In fact all the staff seemed to be a happy bunch which rubs off on us passengers too.
Thank you Cathy and all your team for treating us like royalty.
We look forward to flying with you again when we return to Canada.

I wanted to thank Cathy and all the base staff who helped me make my seaplane/Victoria adventure so pleasant...I was very concerned about traveling solo and with a cane - I have difficulty walking and did not know if I would be able to do this trip. After several months of corresponding with Cathy, we set my trip up and she assured me that all would be fine. I did not need to worry - Cathy had pre-arranged for the staff to know that I needed extra assistance and boy, did I get it! I was helped along the ramp to the plane, on and off the plane, on both sides, and got to pre-board, which was very helpful to me. I really enjoyed seeing the Gardens in Victoria as well as downtown... and the seaplane experience was beautiful. People ask me about the cost, which I found very reasonable, but I also found it to be priceless - I had the time to leisurely look around Victoria and the assistance of a great group of caring people. Thank you all again... I cannot wait to fly with you again and I have recommended you to neighbors and co-workers!

What can a person say but "awesome" from the free donuts to the great staff who went out of there way to make me comfortable as I have a bad back. They made me as comfortable as possible for an amazing view of Vancouver to Vancouver Island. Thank You, can't wait to fly again aboard HA.

I just wanted to say thank you! I was a runner up prize winner in your "Hot Ticket Contest". We spent the weekend of June 7/8 in Vancouver at the Four Seasons Hotel and attended the Symphony at the Orpheum on Saturday night. We arrived in Vancouver courtesy of Harbour Air. This was our first ever sea plane flight and it was a magical experience. We were thrilled with the service and the professionalism of all your employees! The flight was fantastic and fortunately we had a smooth flight and got a "birds-eye" view of the area we call home.

Hi,I just wanted to send along some comments about my experience with Harbour Air.
All I can say is Thanks - Thanks for great service and making things simple and easy.
I travel between Langley and Victoria a few times each year and have been collecting the Frequent Flyer points. I just redeemed some to take my wife out to dinner and the experience of getting the gift cards was great.
I called and was told that Langley didn't have any but they'd have some flown over from Victoria and they arrived later that day and I got a call to let me know.
You've done a great job of having a loyalty program that is easy to understand and offers benefits beyond flights. As a person who travels for work and has seen many loyalty programs, trust me on this one - you have done great things by keeping it easy to understand!
In fact, your service is so good that I recently overheard some passengers on an Air Canada flight talking about how to get from Vancouver to Victoria and I interupted them and suggested that they take Harbour Air.
Keep up the great service and simple/flexible loyalty plan!!

I liked the convenience of coffee and muffins available at the terminal, and found the seaplane provided marvellous views and an astonishingly smooth landing. I returned by bus and ferry - rather late as I also squeezed in a whale-watching trip. I was very happy with the whalewatching but the bus and ferry trip was so long and tiring compared with the plane. I guess it would be more exciting during the daytime, but next time I would just return on the seaplane, which provided an excellent and reasonably priced service.

I was a winner of a Harbour Air "Hot Ticket Prize Package" for the March 31st Bruce Springsteen concert at GM Place in Vancouver. We had a fabulous time. The flights to and from Vancouver were spectacular! Many thanks to Harbour Air for this great prize package.

Since flying with your airline over the past two years, I've always been impressed with the high esteem and pride Harbour Air staff have for the organization and the job they do, as well as highlighting the company's priority and commitment to safety and plane maintenance.
I got to personally appreciate that first hand on Feb. 18. I was on your only plane to push off from the Nanaimo dock that afternoon, which taxied around the harbour, while the pilot undertook a very thorough and balanced assessment into the safety factor of lift off into the foggy conditions. He confidently decided not to fly and all HA flights were cancelled for the remainder of the day. Congratulations to all on the organization, culture and flying experience that you've created at HA. Kudos to the pilot of the day!

I was proud to put our guest on Harbour Air for her flight connection at Vancouver Airport in Richmond. She said it was like flying into a postcard, it was so picturesque. The convenience and cost of flying from Nanaimo to Richmond for a flight out of YVR completely rules out the need to drive over to the mainland. Makes that choice seem outdated now. Many thanks for offering such a necessary and convenient service.

I was booked to travel from Coal Harbour to Victoria on Jan.22.08. I make this flight frequently to our offices in North Van.
Service is always great and the convenience of being able to get to work so easily means a lot to me.
On Jan.22.08 I arrived at the Coal Harbour terminal to find that your flights were cancelled due to weather. Your staff in Coal Harbour made quick arrangements for me to fly on the HeliJet on the last flight out that day. Not only did Karen make all the arrangements on my behalf, she negotiated a fare that meant my company did not have to incur additional cost. The icing on the cake was when Linda drove me to the HeliJet terminal in the HA smart car!

Just to express my thanks to the Harbour Air staff who assisted in
locating meeting notes that I had left in a plane seat pocket. Staff went
out of their way to help, tracking the specific plane to a hanger in
Richmond, and with the combined efforts of the Richmond and Victoria staff I was happily reunited with my notes in less than 24 hours.
